Some people look like they come from a different period in history. Anna had that look about her. Even pregnant, I could easily imagine her doing the jitterbug in the Twenties, or even further back, dining with Napoleon in his heydey. Maybe she's an old soul. Or maybe a girl who slinks around posing for portraits wearing a satin Edwardian nightgown and angel wings while eight months pregnant just naturally looks a little out of place, wherever she is.
